Refund Policy

At [Yijingge/易经阁], we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
  • You may request a refund or return within [30] days of receiving your order(except Buddha Statue).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The following are non-refundable:

    • Digital products (e.g., downloads, subscriptions)

    • Personalized/custom-made items

    • Final sale/clearance items (marked at checkout)

2. How to Request a Return
  1. Contact us within [30] days at [daxian@yijingge.net] with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to:

Note: Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

3. Refund Processing
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval/denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [3-5] business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.

  • For size/color exchanges, we may require return of the original item before shipping the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [10] days with photos.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds?
